
We are looking for an experienced SFDC QA Engineer skilled in both manual and automated testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid QA methodology expertise, hands-on experience testing Salesforce components, and strong communication skills. This role requires experience automating processes using RPA tools (Robot, CRT) and testing Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Salesforce applications.
Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, custom objects, Lightning components, and Apex code.
Provide specialized expertise in Salesforce component testing as requested by the client.
Identify, document, and track defects.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis to propose process improvements and prevent recurring issues.
Work closely with developers, BAs, PMs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with requirements and quality standards.
Provide regular QA updates, reports, and status communications to stakeholders.
Drive QA process enhancements through metrics, retrospectives, and best practices.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, QA methodologies, and emerging technologies in automation and testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
2+ years in a leadership or senior QA role.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as CRT, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit (CRT and automation experience are mandatory).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Ability to design, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
English level: B1+ / Intermediate+.
