
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our CRM Platform Team and contribute to strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves reducing technical debt, driving innovation, adopting new capabilities, improving user experience, and optimizing performance, security, and integrations.
You will collaborate closely with squad developers, Technical Product Owners (TPO), and Product Analysts (PA) to elevate platform functionality and deliver a seamless user experience across the organization.
Design, build, and implement enhancements aligned with strategic business and platform initiatives.
Provide hands-on development across declarative (Flows, automation) and programmatic (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) tools.
Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices and architectural guidelines.
Support the adoption of new Salesforce capabilities to modernize processes and optimize platform performance.
Manage Salesforce environments including user setup, security configuration, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and reliability across all Salesforce applications.
Utilize Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools to enable efficient data exchange and automation.
Design, implement, and optimize integrations across internal and external systems.
Support connected apps, including Data Loader, Workbench, Odaseva, Salesforce1, Conga, and others.
Refactor existing components and integrations to improve maintainability and reduce technical debt.
Measure system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability and responsiveness.
Analyze user experience and platform metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Drive adoption of emerging Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce, LLM-based capabilities, Next Best Action, and Data Cloud.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases to identify potential enhancements.
Work closely with developers, TPOs, and PAs to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Communicate effectively in English with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
3+ years in Salesforce development and system integrations.
Proven track record designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
Expertise in:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript
Salesforce Flows and declarative automation
Asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future)
Integration patterns (Platform Events, APIs, middleware)
Experience with Salesforce Clouds: primarily Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong knowledge of connected apps and data management tools.
Experience with performance monitoring and optimization.
Familiarity with emerging Salesforce technologies (Agentforce, LLMs, Data Cloud) is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, agile teams.
