● Prepare and distribute high-quality communications that summarize incidents, root causes, remediation steps, and preventive actions.
● Create, refine, and maintain standardized communication templates and stakeholder distribution lists.
● Coordinate platform releases, patches, and scheduled downtimes in partnership with TS and business teams.
● Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and platform changes.

● Maintain structured and auditable development environments, including folder structures for production, development, and sandbox workspaces.
● Monitor platform performance, availability, and usage trends to ensure optimal reliability and user experience.
● Assist with troubleshooting and escalations by gathering relevant details, validating issues, and coordinating with technical teams.
● Identify opportunities to improve platform workflows, operational efficiency, and user adoption.
Security, Compliance & Governance
● Collaborate with Technology Services and Security teams to identify, document, and mitigate platform security risks.
● Create and manage identity and access groups; ensure proper role-based access controls and user provisioning.
● Ensure continuous compliance with GxP, data governance frameworks, and other regulatory requirements.
● Track and support remediation activities related to audits, security assessments, and compliance reviews.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
● Maintain accurate, version-controlled documentation in Confluence covering communications, platform configurations, processes, and updates.
● Document incidents, corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), changes, and release notes to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
● Help define and maintain governance standards, documentation guidelines, and operational procedures.
Product / Business Analyst Responsibilities
● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to platform improvements, integrations, and new analytics capabilities.
● Translate business needs into actionable specifications for Technology Services.
● Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for automation or process optimization.
● Support backlog management by prioritizing enhancements, defects, and operational needs based on business value.
● Contribute to roadmap planning by helping define platform evolution and long-term analytics strategy.
● Facilitate user feedback sessions, collect insights, and recommend improvements to enhance usability and adoption.

● Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to lead meetings, produce clear documentation, and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
● Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
● Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and/or product ownership.
