🕒 Employment Type: Full-time (T&M)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join a dynamic team supporting multiple clients across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, experience with SAP S/4HANA, and a solid understanding of regional localization and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling processes.
  • Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Support localization requirements for LATAM countries, with a focus on Argentina and Mexico.
  • Implement and maintain SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical consultants.
  • Provide support for enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.

Mandatory Requirements

✔ 8+ years of proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
✔ Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA projects and support activities.
✔ Deep knowledge of LATAM Localization, particularly Argentina and Mexico.
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), including e-invoicing and e-reporting processes.
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
✔ Fluent English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience working in multinational or regional LATAM environments.
➕ Participation in SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
➕ Additional SAP Finance-related certifications are a plus.
